Before You Start
Do I need to pay the full amount up front?
No. 50% is due before production begins. The remaining balance is due once your ring is completed and ready to ship.
Do your rings have a warranty?
Yes. Every Verily ring includes a Limited Lifetime Warranty covering manufacturing and craftsmanship defects. If we determine an issue was caused by our craftsmanship, we’ll take care of the repair in accordance with our warranty policy.
Are your diamonds real?
Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds and are IGI certified. You’ll receive the IGI certification for your diamond with your ring.
Do I need to know the exact design I want?
No. You can send us inspiration photos, sketches, or even a general idea. We’ll help you refine the design and create different options based on what you like.
Will I see my ring before it is made?
Yes. You’ll receive a detailed CAD design of your ring to review and approve before production begins.
Can I make changes to the CAD?
Yes. We’ll work with you to refine the CAD until the design is ready for your approval before production.
