Before You Start
Do I need to pay the full amount up front?
No. 50% is due once we confirm your design. The remaining balance is due once your ring is ready to ship.
Do I need to send measurements?
No. Measurements are helpful for precision, but they are not required. You can send inspiration photos, your ring size, and the general style you want.
Do I have to know the full design exactly?
No. We can help you come up with different design options based on what you like.
