Verily offers engagement rings, testing kits, and related products through our website.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit any product or service without notice.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Verily reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Once production has begun on a made-to-order ring, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Product Representation

We strive to accurately display our products, colors, images, and specifications.

Due to differences in screens, lighting conditions, handcrafted finishing, and the natural characteristics of precious metals and diamonds, minor variations may occur.

Such variations do not constitute defects.

The Verily Standard

Verily selects diamonds according to internal quality standards designed to provide exceptional beauty, rarity, and value.

Diamond measurements, carat weights, and dimensions may vary slightly within normal industry tolerances.

Testing Kit

The Verily Testing Kit is intended to help customers evaluate ring size, band width, stone size, and overall preferences before purchasing a ring.

The testing kit is a planning tool and does not guarantee the exact appearance of a finished engagement ring or diamond.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated production and shipping timelines are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Verily is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

Verily stands behind the quality of its workmanship.

If a ring arrives with a manufacturing defect, craftsmanship issue, or incorrect specifications compared to the customer's order, Verily may, at its discretion, repair, replace, or remake the item.

Returns and Refunds

Because Verily rings are made to order, engagement rings are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to preference changes, buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, or sizing issues.

Exceptions may be made for manufacturing defects, craftsmanship issues, or errors caused by Verily.
