Custom Engagement Rings

Every Verily custom engagement ring is made specifically for you according to your approved design, diamond, metal, ring size, and other selected specifications.

Once you approve the final CAD design, your custom ring order becomes final. After CAD approval, custom rings are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund.

Before approving your CAD design, please carefully review all design details, dimensions, specifications, and requested features. Approval of the final CAD confirms that you authorize Verily to manufacture the ring according to the approved design and agreed-upon specifications.

Changes requested after CAD approval may not be possible. When changes are possible, additional design, material, or production fees may apply.

Verily Collection Rings

Engagement rings purchased from a standard Verily Collection design may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To qualify for a return, the ring must be returned in its original condition and must not show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or modification.

Collection rings that have been customized or modified from the standard design may be considered custom orders and may not qualify for the 30-day return policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the ring arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise materially different from the order.

Once the returned ring has been received and inspected, Verily will process the applicable refund to the original payment method.

If Verily Makes a Mistake

If your ring arrives with a manufacturing defect, craftsmanship issue, incorrect specifications, or otherwise materially differs from your approved order details, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Qualifying issues may include:

  • Receiving a ring that does not match the approved design
  • Receiving the incorrect metal type or color
  • Receiving an incorrect diamond shape or agreed-upon diamond specifications
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Craftsmanship issues that materially affect the quality or wearability of the ring

If Verily determines that the issue resulted from an error on our part, we will repair, replace, or remake the ring, as appropriate, at no cost to you.

A manufacturing or fulfillment error does not automatically entitle the customer to a monetary refund when the issue can reasonably be corrected through repair, replacement, or remake, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

What Is Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Custom rings are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation, or refund after final CAD approval due to:

  • Preference changes or buyer's remorse
  • Changes requested after CAD approval
  • Incorrect ring size selected or provided by the customer
  • A change in desired diamond, metal, design, or other specifications after approval
  • Normal variations inherent to custom or made-to-order jewelry that do not materially differ from the approved design or specifications

Collection rings that have been worn, damaged, altered, engraved, resized, or otherwise modified after delivery may not qualify for the 30-day return policy.

Normal wear, accidental damage, loss, theft, maintenance, resizing, and other post-delivery service issues are addressed separately under Verily's applicable warranty and service policies and do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

Verily Testing Kit Returns

Unused Verily Testing Kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the Testing Kit arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Testing Kits must be returned with all originally included components and in their original condition to qualify for a refund.

How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

To request a return for an eligible Verily Collection ring or to report an issue with an order, please contact verilyrings@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return or claim. For defects, damage, or incorrect orders, please also include clear photographs or videos showing the concern.

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or other resolution is approved.

Final Sale Acknowledgment for Custom Rings

By approving the final CAD design for a custom ring, you acknowledge that the ring is being manufactured specifically for you and that your order becomes final and non-refundable after CAD approval, except where Verily determines that a qualifying manufacturing or fulfillment error has occurred or where otherwise required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
