Engagement Rings

Every Verily ring is made specifically for you. Because our rings are made to order and often customized to your selected specifications, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to preference changes, buyer's remorse, incorrect ordering, or sizing issues.

We encourage customers to carefully review their order details and utilize the Verily Testing Kit before placing an order.

If We Make a Mistake

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your ring arrives with a manufacturing defect, craftsmanship issue, incorrect specifications, or does not match the details of your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Examples include:

  • Receiving the wrong ring design

  • Receiving the wrong metal color

  • Receiving the wrong diamond shape or specifications

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Craftsmanship issues that affect the quality or wearability of the ring

If the issue is determined to be the result of an error on our part, Verily will repair, replace, or remake the ring at no cost to you.

Complimentary Resizing

Every Verily ring includes one complimentary resize within 30 days of delivery. Additional resizing services may be available for a fee.

Testing Kit Returns

Unused Verily Testing Kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the kit arrives damaged or incorrect.

What Is Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacement:

  • Preference changes after ordering

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage caused by improper care or misuse

  • Third-party modifications or repairs

  • Lost or stolen jewelry

  • Scratches, dents, or damage occurring after delivery

How to Submit a Claim

If you believe your order qualifies under this policy, please contact us at verilyrings@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs showing the concern so we can review your claim promptly.

Verily reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving a repair, replacement, or refund.
