At Verily, every order is handled with care and inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Testing Kits

Verily Testing Kits are typically processed and handed off to the shipping carrier within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Once shipped, delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Most customers receive their testing kit within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Made-to-Order Engagement Rings

Every Verily engagement ring is made to order.

Production begins after an order is placed and payment has been received. Most made-to-order rings are completed and shipped within 4–6 weeks.

Before shipment, every ring undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure it meets the Verily Standard and the specifications selected by the customer.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Custom Rings

Custom ring orders follow a collaborative design process.

Verily will work with you to develop and finalize your design, including a CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering for review. Once the design and CAD have been approved, payment is collected and production begins.

Most custom rings are completed and shipped within 4–6 weeks after payment has been received.

Before shipment, every custom ring undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure it meets the Verily Standard and the approved design specifications.

Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.

Shipping Insurance

All engagement rings are shipped fully insured until delivery.

Delivery

A signature may be required upon delivery for engagement ring orders.

Verily is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
